frog is a global design consulting firm. Through an almost year and a half the frog website and brand went through a three phase website launch and brand re-launch. In parallel to frog’s website redesign, the company undertook a comprehensive reimagining of its brand identity and design guidelines. The goal was not only to refresh frog’s visual language but also to create a central, accessible platform where employees could easily reference brand standards, download assets, and maintain consistency across all client-facing materials.


Challenge frog’s existing brand guidelines were fragmented and difficult to access, making it challenging for global teams to apply a unified identity across presentations, pitches, and marketing materials. The challenge was to craft a system that both captured frog’s new design language and empowered employees with the tools and resources needed to bring it to life at scale.

ApproachI collaborated with creative directors, brand strategists, and developers to establish a refreshed identity and a digital home for the guidelines. We developed a brand platform that allowed frog employees to: Browse identity standards, download core assets such as fonts, color palettes, and presentation templates, Access pre-formatted decks and collateral, Stay up-to-date as the brand evolved

My design contributions focused on creating a bold but flexible system that reflected frog’s personality and could be applied consistently across channels. I worked closely with developers to ensure the platform was intuitive and scalable, serving as both a resource hub and a living brand system.

Contributions Established core brand assets, including refined color palettes, layout systems, and presentation formatting. Designed and documented guidelines to ensure cross-team alignment. Partnered with developers to create a user-friendly digital platform for brand resources. Produced templates and decks that streamlined client communication and internal consistency.

Outcome
The result was a unified brand identity and a central platform that empowered frog employees across the globe to access, apply, and extend the new guidelines. This initiative ensured consistency across client work, presentations, and campaigns while providing the flexibility for the brand to evolve. The platform remains a vital internal tool for maintaining frog’s global reputation as a design leader.
